A. The time frame is 3-5 business days, this can very depending on how quickly you complete the easy web form and on you pointing your domain name to our servers if you already own your domain name.
Q. Can I start with one package and upgrade or downgrade to a different package later?
A. Yes. You can always change which Website Package you have. We pride ourselves on providing flexible solutions to meet your needs.
Q. Can I make changes to my website on my own or must I contact you?
A. Yes you can. All TCS Net Solutions Website Packages have Administration Areas built into them enabling you to administer your website no matter what your experience level.
Q. What if I am not comfortable making changes to my website?
A. TCS Net Solutions will make changes to your websites Menu Items, Content and Graphics FREE as part of your Website Package. You will need to provide the content you wish to have changed in text format as well as any images you wish to change or add. Certain restrictions apply, please Contact Us with any questions.
Q. What if I require customization of my website above the standard services you provide as part of my Website Package?
A. TCS Net Solutions staffs Programmers and Graphic Designers so we are able to provide any service you may be looking for as it relates to your website.
Q. Do your Website Packages provide tracking of how many times my website viewed?
A. Yes. After signing up for a Website Package we ask you that you sign up for Google Analytics Account and provide us with the Google ID that is created for you. This is a Free Serviceand will give you unmatched tracking of your website, everything from how a visitor found your website, what pages they looked at, what city and state they are in and much more
Q. Can my website have a blog?
A. Yes. All TCS Net Solutions Website Packages come with the ability to host a blog.
Q. Does my website have the ability to show videos to visitors?
A. Not all Website Packages come with the ability to add video. The Real Estate Website Package, the E-Commerce Website Package and the Corporate Identity Website Package all come with the ability to add videos to your web site. The Basic Website Package and Enhanced Website Package do not offer this feature.
Q. Will my website be able to be found by search engines?
A. Yes. Your website package is very search engine friendly. It starts with search engine friendly web address and continues with your ability to control each pages description that is displayed in search engines as well as control the keywords associated with your website. You will also find information in your support area keeping you updated on the changes in search engine rankings and much more.
Q. Will I have FTP access to my website?
A. If you require ftp access to your website we will arrange it but as a rule we do not offer ftp access because with the features of your Administration Area it is generally not required. This type of access can also lead to problems with your website if you are not experienced.

While TCS Net Solutions goal is to always provide you with the very best service making you never want to change providers, however we understand at some time you may decide to move your website, TCS Net Solutions will provide you with the assistance you need to make the switch. We do require that your account is up to date before moving your website.
